In addition to the required details, please complete as much information as possible in consideration of where you are in the planning stages of your wedding. The more information you are able to provide results in our ability to personalize your service as much as possible. If you would like to purchase any of our services (ie. consultation time) in addition to your contracted amount, or if you wish to order and purchase one of our "select" wedding services online, please go directly to our Online Select Wedding Services Order Form.
