"PERSONAL WEDDING CONCIERGE CONSULTATION" $250.00 Whether you are at the beginning stages, well into your wedding planning details, or not sure if you want or need the services of a Wedding Consultant, the Personal Wedding Concierge Consultation can be your most effective planning tool! We will provide you with a Customized Vendor List, show you through examples how our services can help you with your wedding planning, dispense valuable advise on signing contracts, budgeting and organizing your wedding files. We will answer some of your specific questions and offer suggestions that can maximize both your budget and wedding STYLE! The Personal Wedding Concierge Consultation is an integral part of the Wedding Plan Concierge package and Sterling Wedding Concierge service that can help set the vision for your wedding and how it can be achieved.

We work with you as your trusted On Location personal wedding assistant, team leader and style advisor ensuring your wedding details are planned with your budget, personality and individual wedding style in mind, bringing all the elements together to make your day the fun, stress-free, stylish and unique Las Vegas wedding you envisioned. In addition to the details of the Pesonal Wedding Concierge Consultation, some of the services included in this package are: *A scheduled series of planning meetings. *"Scouting Trip Assistance" & Information *Liason with vendors and attend vendor meetings. *Maintain budget, timelines,checklists, etc. *Keepsake Personal Wedding Management Portfolio *Provide wedding day timelines& checklists *Assist in selecting wedding STYLE elements.

WEDDING DAY CONCIERGE (Wedding Day Only Direction) Starting at $975.00 For the couple that has done all their own planning, but would like Your Las Vegas Wedding Concierge to direct the events of their wedding day. Please call us at least two (2) months before your wedding date if you would like us to provide this particular service. Some of the services included in this package are: * 4 On Line or On Location planning meetings *Review all contracts to determine type of product or service provided by your vendors. *Provide Wedding Day Timeline& checklists *Arrange transportation details for wedding party *Direction of Wedding Rehearsal *Interact with and provide direction to vendors * Up to 6 hours of On Location to direct pre-wedding events, ceremony and reception. |

We come prepared with a list of all your vendors' contact numbers and a "Concierge On Call" kit loaded to handle emergencies, if any. Our responsibility this day is to you! *This package includes two (2) Wedding Concierge Referral Vendor Categories. Additional vendor lists may be purchased if desired. *Includes a maximum of two (2) On Line or On Location planning meetings to organize and plan Scouting Trip details and itinerary. *Contact selected vendors and schedule appropriate appointments. *Create and provide Scouting Trip Concierge Information Package containing your appointment itinerary with complete vendor contact information, maps and directions to vendor appointments, as well as vendor specific questions to ask at your interviews/meetings. *Arrange for Scouting Trip Concierge Information Package delivery to your home pre-trip, or to your hotel Concierge or Business Center. *Ketubah Arrangements (if applicable) |
