You have planned a gorgeous wedding & you should enjoy every minute of it. Our "Wedding Day Concierge" service includes 8 hours of planning sessions, 1 hour rehearsal & up to 8 hours of professional wedding direction to your event is orchestrated according to your vision.

*Full production wedding consultation, planning & STYLE design planning assistance from engagement to the last dance (or beyond). *A customized proposal will be presented after our initial interview and questionnaire is conducted based on complexity of wedding details & your personal & specific wedding planning needs (hours).

“CONCIERGE” PERSONAL CONSULTATIONS and PLANNING SERVICES
"GET STARTED IN STYLE" (10 hours)
Introductory Meeting, up to 5 hours for Vendor visits, Vendor Referral Service, Initial Budget Preperation, Style notes and Planning suggestions.
"DAY WITH THE CONCIERGE" (7 hours total)
2 hour Introductory or Planning meeting, up to 4 hours for vendor visits and we treat you to lunch!!
INTRODUCTORY CONSULTATION (2 hours)
CLIENT/CONSULTATION PLANNING MEETINGS (2 hours)
CONCIERGE WEDDING PROFESSIONAL REFERRAL SERVICE

*We accept bookings for Wedding Day Concierge Custom services no earlier than fifteen (15) months from wedding date. Wedding Day Concierge services may be booked no earlier than four (4) months from wedding date.

*Gift/Welcome Basket Arrangements and Assistance
*Honeymoon Suite Decor Arrangements/Assistance.
*Rehearsal Dinner Arrangements (on site direction additional/hour).
*"Concierge" Services for guest accomodations, dining, entertainment, golf, shopping, spa and specialty transportation or tours.
*Stationery Assembly and Mailing (postage not included).
*Gift Certificates~$100.00 or Custom.
*Print Ceremony Seating Cards, menus,table cards (materials & printing costs priced seperately).
